Visual StudioでCSSのインテリセンスができません。

題名のとおり、CSSのシンタックスハイライトとインテリセンスがききません。
使おうとすると
「Style のVisual Studio 言語サポートがインストールされていません。
コード編集のIntelliSense を利用することができません。
サーバーコントロールのマークアップIntelliSense は動作しない可能性があります。」
というエラーがでます。
Visual Studioの修復をしても直りませんでした。

Visual Studio 2015 Professionalで.ASPプロジェクトを作成しましたがCSSのIntellisenseは動作しているようでした。
マイクロソフトのコミュニティに質問してみると社員さんが回答してくれるかも知れません。
