なんで描画されないのかわかりません

ブロック崩しを作ろうとして、ブロックの描画、自分の描画・・・・という作業で止まっています。
ここに書くと・・・・というところなのですが(ほかのコメント文は気にしなくて結構です!)
どうして描画されないのでしょうか?
一応、配列の表す描写としては、
0・・・弾の動く場所
1・・・ブロック
2・・・自分初期位置&動ける範囲
3・・・自分の動ける範囲
ball.png・・・・・・・・・・・敵画像
ch1・・・・・・・・・・・・・自分画像です
としようとしたのですけど・・・・

どうして描画されないのでしょうか?
