You cannot post a question by just writing the problem statements.
Please write how you understood it and what you cannot understand.
If you are completely loss, please write so and get some advice about how to study.
If you want the answer quickly due to the deadline, write so and make yourself understood.
When you get it, don't leave with saying just "I got it"
but write the source code and how you got it.

Don't ask us only to give the answer of the question you have to solve! Only do we give some hints so as to lead you to solve it.
